Fujifilm Corp. and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. have terminated the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a joint venture in Japan for a generic drugs business.   The MoU, signed in July 2011, involved conducting detailed studies on the establishment of a joint venture for developing and manufacturing generic drugs in Japan.
